Meet Michael
I'm a Lebanese-American bass-baritone with a passion for interdisciplinary and collaborative art and a commitment to advocacy and social justice.
For the past two decades, I've performed in concerts, operas, and other collaborative projects, appearing with The Orchestra Now, Albany Symphony Orchestra, Boston Opera Collaborative, Light Opera Theatre of Sacramento, and the Boston Lyric Opera. I completed my Master's in Vocal Arts at the Bard College Conservatory of Music in 2023.
Since 2020, I’ve taught students of all ages, from young beginners to advanced singers, drawing on my background as a caregiver and my experience as a professional musician. Through both my professional and personal life, I am guided by a belief that music is not only a means of telling good stories, but also one to connect with one’s whole self. My goal is to create a space where you can explore your voice with curiosity, build confidence, and develop skills that feel grounded in your body.

Now, Let's Talk About You
My approach is rooted in curiosity, connection, and the belief that every singer has a voice worth developing. I am here to add tools to your toolbelt and take you to your next level. My programs offer a supportive space to build skill, confidence, and a deeper relationship with your singing.
Want to sing with me? I offer a range of lesson types (and prices) so you can find what feels right for you, based on your goals, learning style, background, or access needs.
